Superadditivity

Privacy

This explains what personal data Superadditivity collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Superadditivity (Sue Johnson) is the data controller. For any question or request, email sue@superadditivity.com.

What we collect and why

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to enquiries and running the site, and your consent for the newsletter and analytics.

Who handles it

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It passes through a few providers who run the service for us: Microsoft 365 delivers and stores enquiry and newsletter emails, Google Analytics measures the site once you consent, and Fasthosts hosts it in the UK. The site is built and maintained for us by Vu Agency.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails as long as we need them to deal with you and for our records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to stop us using it, by emailing sue@superadditivity.com. If you think we have mishandled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
